Port City Po’ Boys is a food truck based in Nashville TN that is influenced by food and culture of Mobile, AL (often coined the name as “The Port City”). We sell a variety of traditional and specialty Po’ Boys, classic seafood dishes, and other Creole Fare.
Sustainability
We are a Gulf Coast rooted company that prides ourselves in sustainability. Our seafood comes 100% from the gulf coast, our bread comes straight out of New Orleans, even our sausage used is made in the heart of the Coast!
